Primary Education

A Foundation for Life

Cambridge Primary starts learners on an exciting educational journey. Typically tailored for students aged 5 to 11 years, it provides a robust foundation for children at the beginning of their formal schooling. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to build core skills in numeracy, literacy, and scientific inquiry, fostering a natural curiosity and a love of learning that will stay with them throughout their academic lives and beyond.

Our Approach

We believe in nurturing the whole child. Our primary curriculum is both rigorous and flexible, allowing our educators to adapt learning to the specific needs of our students.

We focus on developing confident, responsible, reflective, innovative, and engaged learners. Through hands-on activities, interactive lessons, and collaborative projects, students are constantly encouraged to explore their world, think critically, and ask meaningful questions.

Core Competencies

Central to the Cambridge Primary program is the development of essential life and academic skills. We ensure that every student builds a robust framework in key areas before advancing to the next stage of their education.

Ultimate focuses and goals:

  • Literacy: Developing strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Numeracy: Building mathematical reasoning and practical problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding the natural world through observation, prediction, and experimentation.

Structured Learning Time

A typical week in our Primary program provides ample structured learning time dedicated to core subjects, balanced carefully with creative, social, and physical activities.

While we maintain a flexible approach to best suit our students, we ensure that foundational subjects like Mathematics and English receive the focused, guided teaching hours required for mastery.

Our teachers provide personalized support to ensure every child progresses at a comfortable yet challenging pace, preparing them seamlessly for the transition into Lower Secondary.
